How To Consign:

The things you want to know:

• Start by letting us see what you have!!! Bring in about 25-30 items for us to take a look at! If your items are on our list of Things We Love, and are New With Tags, empty the closet!! Bring as much as you want!! We don't want to limit the amount you bring in!

• A little bit of time and effort goes a long way in second-hand selling. Condition and presentation are everything. We are unable to wash or iron your items brought in to consign, so please make sure they are freshly laundered and laid out flat to avoid wrinkles. Sometimes we think we have put items from a prior season away clean, but they are not. Check pockets for tissues or candy or even the odd rock, sleeves for dried food or other things, zippers and buttons to be sure they are there and functioning. 

• This bit has become really important for consignors to understand: Do not drop off items if you will be unable to return to the shop to pick up unaccepted items within 3 days of being notified your tote is ready for pick up. We do not have the space to store your unaccepted items for longer than a few days. 

• Since we have gotten busier and busier we have had to add a few rules regarding dropping off consignments. Here are the basics:

     *Bring your items in a plastic storage tote, the stackable kind, and label with your name/account number/phone number

     *If you bring your items in anything other than a storage tote we will assume that any unaccepted items are able to be donated to one of our amazing charitable organizations. READ THAT PART AGAIN- if you bring in items in a shopping bag, grocery bag, plastic bag or any other bag, anything we do not accept for consignment will be automatically donated. 

     *If you do not want your unaccepted items donated, then do not consign this way. They must be in a stackable storage tote to be returned to you. Questions?? Just ask! We would rather answer a bunch of questions than to have a disappointed consignor!!!

• We split anything sold within the 60 consignment period 50/50.

• We do not currently charge a yearly fee to consign. (subject to change, but we would let you know!)

• 60 day consignment

• Pick up your check at the shop. We do not have black-out months. We do not mail checks.

• Items not picked up will be given to amazing charitable organizations!

• We want your best! Name brands, better brands, designer and items New With Tags!

• We would also love to partner with you to sell your high-end strollers, bassinets, cribs, SNOOs- all the good stuff you bought, that you no longer need! All equipment items must be clean and free of spider webs, dust, dried food or drink,  and in the condition that you would expect it to be in if you were buying it for yourself. Please call for pre-approval of any big items to be sure we have the space for it, and it is something our customer is looking for.

• Also TOYS: Dollhouses, kitchens, new-in-package items! American Girl, Calico Critters, Brio, Hape, Pottery Barn Kids items, Ride-On items- Let's partner up and get your stuff sold!!
